The view from the top…from Dr Best who has joined us today
We tried…..the weather proved worse than the forecast …
All the children have shown resilience and readiness today in their preparation for the climb. We walked the Miners Track up to Glaslyn ( the third lake) where we had lunch ( under the emergency shelters!) to try and keep “warm”. Some groups carried on to the Zig zags before turning back…the rain was horizontal at time so well done to them.
All back now for hot tea and showers before tonight’s campfire
